The Department of Behavioural Sciences is manned by faculty specialized in fields of psychology and sociology. Students belonging to other states are also taught the basics of lingual Tamil to facilitate in rendering care to local patients. Physical fitness and development of the students is taken care of by the Physical Director. Students have ample opportunities to excel in sports and they participate in various sport events throughout the year.
