Nursing has experienced dynamic changes over few decades. Nurses working in various settings are challenged to adopt evidence based practice that incorporate research findings into their decisions. Therefore, it is important for nurses to update their knowledge and skills in nursing research that will enable them to ask critical questions and solve problems in all health care settings.

The research courses are offered with an aim of enabling participants to

  • review basics of nursing research
  • discuss on basic & advanced research designs
  • develop a research proposal
  • analyse methodology and methodological rigor
  • explore ways and means of research dissemination
  • understand ethics related to research & publication
